- Grocery and/or big box retailer anchored shopping centers
- Northeast region of the US (PA, NJ, NY, CT and MA) preferred, however, we will consider other opportunities in strong markets
- 75,000 people within 3 miles desired
- A minimum property size of 35,000 SF, unless it is a single-tenant asset
- Core and core-plus assets desired, as well as repositioning/value enhanced opportunities and ground-up developments
- Traffic signalized intersections
- Great access/visibility
- Heavily trafficked roads/retail corridors
- Corner locations are a plus
- 2½ hr drive from NYC in all directions
- 1 hr drive from Center City, Philadelphia in all directions
