  • Grocery and/or big box retailer anchored shopping centers
  • Northeast region of the US (PA, NJ, NY, CT and MA) preferred, however, we will consider other opportunities in strong markets
  • 75,000 people within 3 miles desired
  • A minimum property size of 35,000 SF, unless it is a single-tenant asset
  • Core and core-plus assets desired, as well as repositioning/value enhanced opportunities and ground-up developments
  • Traffic signalized intersections
  • Great access/visibility
  • Heavily trafficked roads/retail corridors
  • Corner locations are a plus
  • 2½ hr drive from NYC in all directions
  • 1 hr drive from Center City, Philadelphia in all directions
